Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) needed to deliver their five-year business plan in a creative document to the regulator that brought a customer focus, engaged with a diverse stakeholder audience but confirmed their plan clearly while meeting the criteria set by the regulator.
Following the criteria set by the regulator, we worked very close with NWG as an extension of their team ensuring all deadlines, internal and regulatory, were met.
