We work with organisation big and small in both the public and private sector to help them improve their internal customers’ (employees) and their external customers’ experience of their business or organisation.
It might seem strange at first, but step one of the journey to making that improvement to customers’ experience is to define who those customers actually are.
Most companies are clear. Some, however, are less clear.
We adopt a broad definition of ‘customer’. We see a customer as anyone an organisation communicates with or does business with. This includes employees. We’ve proved that businesses and organisation that communicate well with employees, find that almost all of those employees become key business ambassadors.
Some organisations are less clear. They avoid the ‘commercial’ representation of the term ‘customer’. A school seldom refers to its pupils and their parents or guardians as customers. But, they are. A public-sector hospital, seldom refers to its patients and their loved ones as customers. But, they are.
For commercial organisations, our approach to improving Customer Experience is straightforward. We define that ideal customer and map their buying or user habits. We provide a commercially effective campaign and customer journey solution to build a strong and loyal customer base.
For other organisations, like a school or public health body, our approach is equally straightforward. It’s all about buy-in. We deliver targeted campaigns aligned with the decision-making habits of the target audience; the journey the target customer takes to buy into or reject a campaign message.
