Matfen, Northumberland, England’s border county was the venue. The County’s award-winning Matfen Hall Hotel was the focus of a three-day photoshoot.
Scoping work completed by Blumilk has kicked off the process to create a new website for the Hotel.
The new site will be launched this Autumn. Designed by Blumilk Creative working with Blumilk Digital, the site will feature the delights of what could be described as an eloquently understated high-quality hotel, dining, wedding, spa and golfing complex. The parkland setting adds to what is an experience that leaves real positive memories for any visitor.
The photoshoot was project managed by Blumilk’s Tom Lamb. Adam Robertson, Creative Director at Blumilk dealt with the art direction. Blumilk’s photographer Dan worked flat out over the three days to take 12,000 shots from which the final website selection will be made.
Sarah Barber, the Hotel’s Sales and Marketing Director said: ‘I have always been nervous about photoshoots as they take such a huge amount of coordination – especially for the wide range of offerings we had to cover on this one. Any concerns I had were totally unnecessary, Tom’s pre-shoot organisation teamed with Adam’s artistic direction and Dan behind the camera on the day made it so easy,”
“I didn’t have to worry about a thing,” added a now relaxed Sarah. The Blumilk team “worked from sun up (literally!!) to sun down – the models that were selected were great too. I feel that Blumilk have really captured what we are all about here at Matfen.”
Visit the Hotel’s current website for full details of what Matfen House has to offer www.matfenhall.com . And, look out for the new site going live later this year.
