Award Winning Creative Digital Design
The award-winning campaign for Arriva Rail North featured a computer game designed and built by Blumilk’s Digital Team and social media marketing. This targeted the audience most likely to make the swap to buying their tickets via the company’s app.
The campaign achievement was incredible. The company recorded a 200% increase in customers using the fare paying app and a significant reduction in the number of people boarding trains without buying a ticket.
Digital Strategy Delivers Business Success
Lauren Hindhaugh, Client Engagement Manager at Blumilk and project leader for the Arriva Rail campaign said: “Winning the Integrated Media Strategy award was a great triumph for the Northern Railways and Blumilk campaign team. Especially beating global giants like of M&C Saatchi and Manning Gottlieb OMD. It highlights the benefits of genuine partnership working. To be nominated for four more awards in the same year is amazing.”
