Award Winning Creative Digital Design
The award-winning campaign for Arriva Rail North featured a computer game designed and built by Blumilk’s Digital Team and social media marketing. This targeted the audience most likely to make the swap to buying their tickets via the company’s app.
The campaign achievement was incredible. The company recorded a 200% increase in customers using the fare paying app and a significant reduction in the number of people boarding trains without buying a ticket.
Digital Strategy Delivers Business Success

The Blumilk/Arriva Trains North team are now shortlisted for the Digital Impact Awards 2017, the Corporate Communication Awards 2017 and the PRIde Awards 2017.
The Digital Impact Awards, pick out the best corporate digital communications work in Europe. CorpComms Magazine sponsors the Corporate Communication Awards. The Mag is a must read for all in-house communicators. The Public Relations Institute’s PRide Awards recognise outstanding work done for clients by agencies.
Transport Marketing Excellence
Blumilk/Arriva Rail North are also shortlisted for a key award at the UK’s National Transport Awards. The Excellence in Travel Information and Marketing Award covers all areas of transport marketing including information, promotion and travel planning.
