A Digital Advertising Campaign for SCHOOLS NorthEast
We were approached by SCHOOLS NorthEast to be their digital partner, helping them devise and launch a regional digital advertising campaign to drive teacher traffic to their specialist education job portal.
The digital advertising campaign went live on 1st January 2017 and is running for three weeks to coincide with the peak decision making time of New Year resolutions, whilst facilitating the thoughts of a ‘fresh start in their career’.
The target audience was identified as people in Education across the North East of England who are looking for a new challenge or wanting to start a career. We developed numerous creative ideas and messaging for the campaign which have been rolled out across Google Display Ads, Facebook and Google AdWords.
The chosen visuals were dynamic and were developed to make people stop and create intrigue. We approached the thought-provoking messaging with two specific aims; to be clearly about education and to feel different to a recruitment advert.
SCHOOLS NorthEast was established in 2007 when a group of Head Teachers came together. Their aim was to create a unique culture of collaboration and mutual support amongst North East schools to ensure the best possible outcomes for all of our region’s young people. Set up by schools for schools, they are the first and only school-led regional network in the UK.
